They leave Kibs & Mason alone in the caravan, five minutes later boom, Kibs is popp’in out pups.

It would be interesting if they bump into Farron here. If I’m not mistaken, Wreston is where he was some pages back when he helped the little girl.

Accidentally tailing people is a thing. A very hilarious thing.

You’re comic characters guys! At the point that actually happens destiny must be screaming at you to become a questing party together. Go save the world and junk. That kind of thing. It’s even more likely when everyone at first is an asshole.

It’s nice that these two are finally working out their issues. Also: YAY, BACKSTORY! And plus, they don’t need to fight over a guy. There is enough Mason for Sesame, Claire and even Kibbles to go around.
I feel like I’m forgetting something (picture the last panel on page 86). I can’t quite put my finger on it… (literally puts the mouse pointer on page 86 opened in a new tab). Must be nothing.

Oh yeah, two lovely girls talking things out, they’re both so lovely and the facial close ups really makes them even better looking. You sure know how to show expressions on character’s faces well. One picture IS worth a thousand words and Uberquest is really great for that. By the way does Uberquest stand for or mean anything special?

Uber means Super or for a more literal translation in German, ‘Above’. Honestly at the time it just sounded like a very nice title for a fantasy adventure they would go on a Super-amazing-huge quest kind of thing! So I guess that’s the only explanation — just means ‘Big Epic Quest’.

Well thanks, and yes, it does have a very nice sound to it, didn’t know it was a German translation, learn something new on the internet everytime.

also there is a combination of the word Uber and Mensch, which is German for man…..(whistles a certain John Williams score)

yes, it was certainly more uplifting than Man of Steel….yeah I know that’s a bit harsh, but MoS did seem to have more emphasis on action than proper character development, even though the story of Superman has already been told a billion times over.

Teh Phuufs,
Was wondering how long does it take you to complete each episode of Uberquest, not that I’m complaining, I just enjoy it so much, can’t wait for the next episode

UberQuest takes roughly 3 days to make a page. Skidd is the artist behind all this – I only do minor edits, colors and writing. The next page is a bit delayed because Skidd has not completed it yet. We’re working on it as quickly as possible – things like commissions are slowing things down unfortunately. So Tuesday’s update will probably be moved to Saturday.

Wow, 3 days to make a page, no wonder the quality of the art and story is so good, don’t rush it, take your time, it’s worth the wait. I work in quality in the aerospace field and know what it takes to do a really good job and you and Skidd have put together a really terrific story. By the way where do you guys hail from?

Sit down everyone, s’time for a story…

Gather ’round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown

And accept it that soon
You’ll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin’

Then you better start swimmin’
Or you’ll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin’……

Aaaaah! Elegant writing!! You have _no idea_ how satisfying it is to see information conveyed with subtlety in webcomic format, especially considering how many webcomics get by on pure art/action/nudity (particularly in the furry fandom)…

Love this comic! The art and writing are both fantastic. Probably my favorite thing on Katbox right now (not to knock the other artists, but I’m primarily a writer and it makes me tingly to see some of the tricks in use here). Keep it up! I beg of you!
